For your consideration…

We have had a lot of messages about learning and growing. It is going to happen no matter what, but as we were reminded a couple of days ago, we don’t always feel like we are. Sometimes we feel stuck.

Our message today tells us to try something new. It doesn’t have to be anything big. Just change things up. If we use Mother Nature as an example. Yes, Spring comes every year, but nothing in it is the same as last year. The trees, flowers, weather, etc. are all unique to this Spring.

We can count today a success if we change even just one thing up; what we eat for breakfast, what we plant in our garden, the genre of the book we read, try a new hobby, etc.

The way to eliminate the feeling of being stuck is to step out of the routine box we have put ourselves in and try something new.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Remember…Your light was lit from God’s very own light.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Try something new.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Catching up with Jackie and Cathy.

-Lunch with Chesterfield work ladies. It is always fun.

-A great cooking class.

-Louie spent the day at Alex’s because I was going to be gone. The bonus was I got to see Conner and Alex when I picked him up.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris

Just remembering…As I write this message, I remember that 4 years ago, I had been a widow for 1 hour. Blessings my love…
