What does nurturing mean to you? - Lesley Pyne

For your consideration…

I used the image above because it is so perfect for today’s message. Our message was one word: “nurture.”

As I reflected on it, the message expanded to: “Anything worth having or doing is worth nurturing.”

Whether it is a relationship, our garden, Mother Earth, our home, our food, our religion and beliefs, our body, mind and Spirit, etc., if it is important enough to have in our lives, it is worth nurturing.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Nurture what is important.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Lunch with Dianne and Jul.

-Catching up with Gordie, Alex, and Jody.

-A new book.

-Potting some plants.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
