For your consideration…
The sun shines in every season. It is a blessing. It makes things grow. It energizes. It inspires.
When you need to be uplifted, look to the sun. It is a never-ending blessing for you.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Look to the sun.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-Catching up with my brother, Mary, and friend Pam.
-More project work done on my new home.
-More boxes unloaded. I am nearing the end of them.
