For your consideration…
There is that other saying, “Don’t put off till tomorrow what you can do today.” Our message today says, “Nonsense. Rome wasn’t built in a day.” You deserve to move at a pace that fits your life today.
Take a set…lay a brink…and call it a day. Recharge your battery. Regroup. Plan and start again tomorrow.
That is the HOPE And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Work at your own pace.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-I had a handyman put a cabinet together in my laundry room and add spice racks in my pantry. I was able to eliminate more boxes. The laundry room is done and the pantry is coming along.
-Vicki and Julie came over and helped. Then we tried a new restaurant.
-My winter trip to Utila is all arranged.
-Catching up with Lori and Mary.
