For your consideration…

Sometimes we feel like everything is not quite right even though it seems like it is. We can’t quite put our finger on it. Often times it is because we miss someone. Perhaps that person has passed. Sometimes because we have become distanced. Sometimes they are just unreachable. They are who we would share this unease with.

Today we are asked to just sit. Be still. Face that unease. Let it bubble up. Feel it. Identify it. Confront it. Accept it. Embrace it. Be grateful for it. Move on.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Sit with what is casting a shadow over you.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A great school day.

-Jul and I went to dinner and then a concert at The Ark. It was so good.

-Catching up with Alex.

-A new book.
