For your consideration…

There is a big difference between can’t and won’t.

All of us have things we don’t want to do so we won’t do them or we procrastinate doing them.

For example. We won’t walk a mile. Soon we can’t walk a mile.

Our message today is short. We are asked to consider this. “Won’t becomes can’t.” Is our won’t worth the consequences?

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my h highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Have an attitude of “I can.”

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A fun teaching day.

Catching up with Alex.

-A good book.
