For your consideration…

It happens. I get a message that basically tells me that I missed something on a previous message. Yesterday’s message was about being a change agent. That message was great except for the part where I did not emphasize that we must first have peace within.

This is supposed to be a time of peace but it can be stressful with all that we have going on. There lots of added events and tasks in a short amount of time. Still it defeats the purpose of the season if we become stressed out.

It is important during this blessed season that we take time each day to go within and find our inner peace.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action step anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go there can be no darkness.

-Find inner peace.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A sunny brisk day for snow shoveling.

-I ushered for the Messiah at Hill Auditorium. It was a beautiful performance.

-Dinner with Beth.

-I spent the night with Alex, Jame, Conner, and Owen so that I could take the boys to school this morning.

-Finished a good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
