For your consideration…

Pictured is a crosstitch titled “Happinest” by Satsuma Street. It is perfect for today’s message, “Happiness is a choice, your choice.”

Everyone is entitled to be happy, but it is not other people’s job to make it so. It is our job. And like a crosstitch pattern, it takes committed work and time.

We have to choose happiness. Then we have to work to attain and keep it. We can’t wait for others to do it for us.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Choose happiness and work for it.

What made me smile yesterday…

-Another beautiful October day.

-Catching up with Beth and Ginger.

-A visit with Shannon, Will and Mac before Mac went back to Chicago.

-A new book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
