For your consideration…

We do it as babies and toddlers. Some seniors do it. What is it? Express yourself.

Many, if not most of us, lose the confidence to express ourselves. We hold back. We don’t speak when we really want to. We don’t weare clothes we don’t think will fit in even when we want to wear them. We put makeup on when we leave the house even when we don’t want to.

Our message today is to let go of the fear and express yourself. Let you be you no matter your age.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be yourself.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Breakfast with Lori, Vicki, Kay, and Jul.

-A great ride home with my sister.

-A visit with Alex, Conner, and Owen.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
