For your consideration…

As we live our lives the best that we can, we get caught up in the “I.” After all, we are working on ourselves, perfecting ourselves. It is easy to think about what is best for “me” versus the best for all. It is easy to become separate.

When we suffer a loss, when we experience grief, we are unable to keep up our masks. Our hearts are cracked open and our souls are made bare. We become open again to the oneness that surrounds us. We become open to Spirit. We realize that we are not alone, were never meant to be alone, and that we are surrounded and comforted by love.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Remember…You are not alone…ever.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Final weeding done for the season.

-Catching up with Mary, Cathy, Alex, and Dianne.

-A new book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
