For your consideration…
…but you can not hide.
Why can’t we hide? Because our Spirit, our soul, is always with us. We can ignore it but we can’t hide from t. It is our truth center. It is our compass. We can never hide from it.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HO{E by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate;pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Stay connected with your Spirit.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-I spent it at the beach.
-Catching up with Alex.
-A good book.
