For your consideration…

We can fret, argue, through a fit, pout, worry, etc. But it does not good. It just takes up space in our brain and soul making it more difficult for the solution to come in.

No matter what is going on with us, others, in the world, the “fix is in.” God has it handled.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can handle…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Let it go.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Catching up with Alex and Lori.

-Sitting in the sun\

-Finished a good book sries.
