For your consideration…
Our message today says, “stop playing small.” You are more than you think you are. You are smarter, braver, funnier, kinder, stronger…etc. Whatever quality you need in the moment, remember you have more than enough of it.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Play big because you are big. You are more today than you were yesterday.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-All of the lightning has greened the grass up. Spring is here including the April showers.
-I’m finally scheduled for cataract surgery. Dare I HOPE to be able to see better soon?
-Catching up with Alex.
-A good book.
