For your consideration…

I suspect that we would get many different answers if we asked people to define what wealth means to them. I also suspect that those definitions are based on the life experience they have had.

We are asked to consider this Mahatma Gandhi quote. “It is health that is real wealth and not pieces of gold and silver.”

While deep in our soul we know this, we often don’t live our lives accordingly. Often it is a health event that changes our definition of wealth and causes us to rethink thoughts and actions.

We are asked today to focus on keeping ourselves healthy FIRST. Loves ourselves FIRST. All else will fall into place as we have made ourselves healthy and capable.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light.Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Get some exercise. Start someplace…anywhere.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A chill morning.

-A good day teaching in the afternoon.

-Dinner and a sleepover with Alex and Conner.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
