For your consideration…

Today’s message reminded me of ones we have had about dreaming. For many of us, it is hard to remember our dreams. It is helpful if we purposely set an intention to remember before we go to bed.

Our message today reminds us that we can set an intention for a great day. Set the intention to greet the new day. Consider it is a gift to you. Welcome it. Vow to embrace it with joy. Expect all the gifts and opportunities it has in store for us.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Greet each new day with joy and HOPE.

-A beautiful day.

-Happy Hour at Mani’s with Pam.

-Catching up with Shannon and Cathy.

-Bible study with Cindy.

-A good book.
