For your consideration…

“Don’t start a project or task that you don’t have time to put your attention on.” That is the actual message. Whether the task is big or small, if we can not focus on it, we risk making mistakes.

What is worth doing deserves our attention. It deserves our being fully present in the moment.

That is theĀ HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Don’t start what you can not focus on.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Lunch with friends from Chesterfield.

-A good DKG meeting.

-Finished a good book and started another.

-Catching up with Mary.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
