For your consideration…

Every one of us has had relationships we struggled with as well as successful ones. It is part of life learning lessons.

So…the question is, are we learning them? Are all of our relationships healthy and good for us? If not, why not?

All too often, our unhealthy relationships are because we are repeating patterns in our lives. Or, it is because we do not see ourselves as worthy or good enough.

We have had many messages lately about planning and moving forward. Cleaning up unhealthy relationships is part of it. We do not want them to taint our future.

Today we are asked to ask ourselves the tough questions. Who makes me unhappy? Who makes me feel less than I am? Who does not support me? Etc. Ask the questions, then take action. It doesn’t mean we have to end the relationship. But it does mean things have to change so that we feel valued for who we are.

That is theĀ HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Make sure all of our relationships are healthy.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A fun cooking class.

-Crafting done.

-Catching up with Franchesca and Alex.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
