For your consideration…

Sometimes we meet people who seem like we have known them forever. We have friends that we rarely see, but when we do, it’s as if no time has been lost. Still, there are other times that a stranger seems familiar.

Times like these are not coincidences. These are not our imagination. It is soul recognition.

Throughout our various lives, we interact with the same people in different roles. While the roles are different, their souls are the same.

Our souls are the part of us that lives forever. We can find comfort in this. Our message today reminds not to discount our “feelings” of “knowing” someone, even when we can’t remember how. Our souls know.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Listen to your soul.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-My garden has more than doubled in size in the last couple of days.

-Catching up with Barb, Beth, Jackie, and Alex.

-Happy hour with Shannon was lots of fun.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
