Sanjo Jendayi Quote: “Trying to make sense of what makes no sense can render you senseless.

For your consideration…

Our message comes in with humor. Evidently, there is a lot of frustration happening.

If something does not make sense, the first question we need to ask is, “So what?” Why does it matter? Does it matter? Do we need to understand it? Is it valid? Is it worth my time and energy? Am I supposed  to understand it?

Not everything in life is meant for us. We are not meant to “pick up everything and carry it on our shoulders.” Sometimes we are meant to ignore it and let it go.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Filter what you decide to pick up and carry.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Weeding done.

-Catching up with Alex, Dianne and Cathy.

-A good visit to the eye doctor. Cataract surgeries were a success.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
