For your consideration…

No, the world does not need more misery. It does not need for every one to spill doom and gloom every where they go. Our mothers were right. If you can’t say something nicAe, don’t say anything at all.

Having said that. Family and good friends probably do welcome the invitation to share what makes us sad. Sharing our sorrows with them can go a long way towards healing  us.

That is the

HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Getting ready for a fun mini vacation.

-Catching up with Cathy, Alex, and Mary.

-A good book.

-A beautiful thunder storm.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
