For your consideration…

A lot is going on in our lives. How much, what it is, intensity, how we experience it, etc., are different for everyone.

Our message today is about how we handle the “stuff” that gets us down, makes us angry, disappoints us, etc.

An easy solution is to have a pocket in our heart full of things that make us smile and laugh and things that bring us joy. If we pause and think for a minute, we can remember them. Now put them in the pocket in your heart. Next time you need to turn your energy around, put up that memory that is in your heart’s pocket.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Fill up heart’s pocket with joyous memories.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Getting Moose to his vet’s appointment and getting Louie set up for today.

-Being home.

-Catching up with my neighbor’s, Yvonne, Pam, Lori, Gordie, and Mary.

-A good book.

-Weeds pulled.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
