Psychologists Explain 5 Ways To Let Go Of Toxic Relationships

For your consideration…

Moving on…it happens. It has to happen. But sometimes it is hard. Still, if it doesn’t work for you, if you aren’t happy, take a breath, grab your courage, and let go.

Here is part of the Rascal Flatts’ song that brought our message in…

I’ve dealt with my ghosts and I’ve faced all my demons
Finally content with a past I regret
I’ve found you find strength in your moments of weakness
For once, I’m at peace with myself
I’ve been burdened with blame, trapped in the past for too long
I’m movin’ on

I’ve lived in this place and I know all the faces
Each one is different, but they’re always the same
They mean me no harm, but it’s time that I face it
They’ll never allow me to change
But I never dreamed home would end up where I don’t belong
I’m movin’ on

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Follow what your soul is calling out to you to do.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Another fun day in Westcliff, CO.

-Catching up with Alex and Mackenzie.

-Finished a good book, Theo of Golden. It will go down as one of my all time favorites.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
