For your consideration…

We have been getting a lot of messages mentioning stress. There are no coincidences. A lot of people must being feeling stressed out and/or worried for various reasons.

Today’s message is specific. We are told that we are often the creators of our own stress. We create stress when we have “boxed ourselves in.” Sometimes we get so focused on a plan, a certain way of doing things, goals, etc., that we forget that we can adjust. There are more ways to accomplish them. We have to let go of minute details and let life flow. Let what needs to come in, come in. Let’s not forget that some of the best inventions have come from failures i.e., safety glass, penicillin, microwave, etc.

That is theĀ HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Become less rigid. Let go and let life.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Jul, Kay and Vicki came for lunch.

-Catching up with Cathy.

-A good TV series.

-A good book.
