For your consideration…

Our message came in via the song, “Anticipation.” If your are familiar with the song, it is not about joyful anticipation. It is not like the anticipation in the above image.

So, anticipation can be joyful or stressful. It is the attitude and the energy we give it that determines which.

We are searching for joyful anticipation. If it isn’t joyfull and HOPEfull, do something about it. Do something to turn it around or find a way to let it go because it is not serving you well.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece,  HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Only keep the joyful anticipation.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A good Bible study lesson with Cindy.

-Some more cards made.

-Baked a dutch apple pie. It is the guinea pig recipe for my friends today. I’m HOPEing it is great.

-Catching up with Alex and Cathy.
