For your consideration…

I can be guilty of it, and maybe you are too… “Failure to launch.”

There is something we want to do or are urged to try but we hesitate. We give ourselves all kinds of excuses. We don’t know enough. We aren’t sure we have enough time. We don’t want to do it alone and don’t have anyone to try it with, etc. etc. etc.

These are all excuses we use to cover the fear that we will not be good enough. We are afraid we will look foolish. Rarely do we start at the top of anything new that we try. It is the experience that builds the foundation, the trials and errors, that help us gain the experience we need to hit our stride.

We are asked today to accept that it is okay not to know something, be willing to ask questions, accept help, and embrace learning and growth.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Step up to try new things.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A chill day at home.

-Back is getting better but it still appreciates the rest.

-Catching up with Cathy and Mary.

-A new book series.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
