For your consideration…

It’s frustrating and stressful when you don’t know something or have forgotten. It is easy to get caught up in the frustration.

But our message today tells us focusing on what we don’t know is the wrong tactic. Instead, focus on what we do know i.e.; our experience, our knowledge, knowing where to search for the answer, asking for help, etc.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask..”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Let go of frustration and focus on what you know.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Finally, a plumber showed up to thaw my pipes.

-Catching up with my sister.

-Gifts organized.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
