Oh, my favorite subject, HOPE.
Our message today tells us that the word “only” never belongs with the word HOPE. Frequently, we hear the phrase, “We only have HOPE that…
HOPE is everything. HOPE is the beginning of everything. Without HOPE, there is no point. Life loses its purpose.
We are reminded to never let anyone discourage or steal your HOPE. Likewise encourage other’s HOPE.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…”I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Honor your HOPE.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-A great cooking class.
-Catching up with both my girls, and Mary.
-A good book.
