For your consideration…

I love the picture and message above. It is a nice addition to today’s message.

Some of our messages of late have been about “joy,” i.e., protecting it, creating it, etc. Today’s message tags on to it with a deeper dive. We are asked to constantly ask the question, “Is it worth it?”

Is it worth stealing our joy? Is it worth smothering our HOPE? Is it worth draining our “batteries”?

We have to set limits. We can not be all things to all people. “No” is not a dirty word. We must take care of ourselves.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Ask, “Is it worth it?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A little bit of rain in the evening.

-Catching up with Jackie and Alex.

-A good book.

-Started making my Christmas cards.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
