For your consideration…
We may tend to think of IOUs in financial terms. Certainly, we are encouraged to pay those off.
IOUs are added burdens we carry but they are not necessarily financial. They may be a wrong that needs to be put right. They may be a phone call or visit that needs to be made. They may be with people, places, things, or our Spirit.
Our message today is about those IOUs that are not financial. They are about these other burdens we carry. Paying them off and releasing them will unburden our souls. Our Karma we become balanced. Imagine going into a new year with perfectly balanced karma. Perhaps we don’t have time for it all but every little bit helps lighten our load.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can beno darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Add telling those you love that you love them to our IOU list.
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful wild weather day.
-James came over to install organizers in my closet.
-Catching up with Caty and Alex.
-A good book.
