For your consideration…

…I can do better…I can do anything better than you. No, you can’t. Yes, I can.

Do you remember that song from “Annie Get Your Gun?” That is the silly song that brought our message in. It is silly to argue about such trivial things.

We are reminded that we each are unique. Uniquely designed for a unique life purpose. No one can do us better than we can, just as we cannot do them better than they can do themselves.

Rather than trying to imitate or outshine someone else, we are asked to focus on being our best self.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of others? This is how we get to being our best selves.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day. It was astonishing. We had rain. Then we had balmy temps. Then we had bitter cold winds.

-Catching up with Alex.

-My high school friend, Susan, called at the spur of the moment. She was in town and asked me to meet her for lunch.

-Then we shopped for a while. It was a great afternoon.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,
