For your consideration…

It is different for each of us. What bothers one person the most doesn’t phase another. We’re different. We each have our lessons to learn.

When something or someone is driving us insane we need to ask ourselves why. Why is this a trigger for us? Why does it matter so much to us? Are our reasons valid, reasonable? As we sort these questions out, we can look for resolutions.

That is the goal. We do not need to be stressed. We do not need to let the same things or people bother us over and over again. We do not need to escalate.

We are asked today to give stop and give thought to what is driving us “insane.” Are my reasons valid? Am I escalating? What can I do to resolve or de-escalate?

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Figure out what drives you insane.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Bethena cam and helped with Mary.

-My sister, Lori, worked her tail off once again helping me get ready to sell my house.

-Alex came and listed stuff for sale.

-James took electronics to Stables for disposal.

-A good visit with Conner.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
