Today’s message is about comfort, caring, and commiseration, coming from the heart.
Anyone can throw money at a problem and walk away. A prime example is Hollywood, the entertainment industry, which has many opinions on what everyone else should be doing. They put their name and/or money to a cause and pat themselves on the back with a boosted ego. That
Today we are reminded that doing something to make yourself feel good or for accolades is not the same as doing from the goodness of your soul. Soul work is different than ego work.
The recipient and the entire world benefits from tiny to enormous soul work. Soul work is a choice. We always have a choice.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Do comforting soul work.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-My great school day. It was the 5th of 5 days of teaching art for the year.
-It was also my last teaching day of this school year. I have to summer camps in the summer.
-Sold 4 boxes of books.
-Catching up with AJ Van and Lori.
-Finished a good book.
