For your consideration…
You were born with a light in your soul because the Universe needs it. Your internal light holds your truth and indeed the truth of all.
Wherever you go…whom ever you meet…what ever you do…what ever you say, if it comes from the truth within your light, it is perfect.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…”I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Remember…The light within your soul holds your truth and the truth of all.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-Sprinklers turned on…not that they will be needed for awhile.
-Lunch with Mojdeh and a nice hike.
-Catching up with Alex.
-An early bed and great sleep.
