For your consideration…

Each of us needs a personal compass pointing us to our “true north.” Unlike the compass instrument, our personal compass is unique.

Our true north is defined by our personal morals, experiences, intuition, etc. We know it because it is a place and time when we our body, mind, and spirit are in sync and rooted in love. That love is comforting and peaceful. It is our spiritual home.

We are asked to pause and think about what our “true north” is. When we know it, we can keep heading in that direction. It is always the right choice.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Know your “true north.”

What made me smile yesterday…
