For your consideration…

We have had messages about mll.” iscommunication. Specifically, we have had examples on disagreements on social media. It is hard to get the “tone” correct when you can not see the body language that go along with the written word.

Words matter and we must be very clear and careful to communicate effectively. We are given the example of “I could versus I will.” When someone says, “Oh, I could do that.” is not a concrete affirmative “I will.”

When in doubt, clarify. To be clear use clear words that match intent.

That is the4 HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next st4ep for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Use words clearly.

-A beautiful day.

-A great day in Cartagena and Murcia Spain.

-Time on the pool deck.

-Catching up with Jackie and Lori.

-A good book.
