For your consideration…

Our message came in as a question, “Who says?”

Sometimes we feel pressured into making a decision or taking an action before we are ready. Again getting to the “root” of things, we should ask why do I have to act ow. “Who say’s” What if I don’t? What if I pause until I am comfortable moving forward?

Sometimes there is no need for the pressure. We are being forced simply for the convenience of someone else. This is ok if we are comfortable but not if we are not.

If we are not comfortable taking action right now, we should not do it. It is prudent to pause and get our “ducks in a row” and move forward when we feel good to do so.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Pause when you need to.

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breathe.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

A chill home day sitting outside on the porch.

-Catching up with Lori, Gordie, and Alex.

-A good book.
