For your consideration…

At times in our lives, most of us wonder what we can do. What is our part, our role, in making the Universe better. Hippocrates obviously had the same question. It seems so simple. It seems so obvious…”First do no harm.”

The world will be infinitely better if we choose to do no harm. Each day when we wake up, we are asked to consider making a conscious decision to do no harm in each encounter we have.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Be love. Vow to do no harm.

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Catching up with Mary and Alex.

-Dinner at Jul’s with Dianne, Kay, and Vicki.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
