For your consideration…

All of us have thought, “If I had it to do over…” If we could turn back time, we would do things differently.

The Cher song, “If I Could Turn Back Time” brought today’s message in.

If I could turn back timeIf I could find a wayI’d take back those words that have hurt youAnd you’d stay
I don’t know why I did the things I didI don’t know why I said the things I saidPride’s like a knife, it can cut deep insideWords are like weapons, they wound sometimes

In hindsight, we see more clearly. We realize ways we could have done or not done, said or not said, things differently.

But here is the message, “Be happy because that means you learned the lesson.”

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Be happy with the lessons we have learned.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Indoor season decorations changed out. Halloween here we come.

-Some more pictures hung.

-Dinner at Karl’s Cabin celebrating the end of Mary’s treatments.

-Finished a good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
