For your consideration…
We are asked…once again…to be careful with truth. Because of the expanded media and now AI, very little of what we hear is true. We have to search and dig until we find the “soul level truth.” Truth is what we know, like we know, like we know in our soul. It feels like love even if we don’t like it or wish it was different.
We are asked to search for truth and do not spread what we do not know at our soul’s level is true. Only spread what we know is true.
“Don’t be so quick to believe what you hear because lies spread quicker than the truth.”
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of your life. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and for the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Spread only what you absolutely know is true.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-Catching up with Alex.
-Finished painting my garden rocks to identify my herbs.
-A good book.
