For your consideration…

Where are we?

We are about to change seasons. What were our plans for summer? How did we do with them?

Today we are told, “It doesn’t matter. Let it go.” Instead, pause and think about what is at the top our o? What do we really want to accomplish? Write it down. Make an affirmation for it.  Take a step towards getting it done. It doesn’t matter whether it is a long or short term goal. Identify it and take a step/

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Identify what is at the top of your list. There is no time like the present.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Some much needed rain.

-A day with Owen.

-Catching up with Jackie and Mary.
