For your consideration…t

This is a great message for us today. Until this message came in, I don’t think I have given much thought to anxiety versus excitement. I think that this is because sometimes we can be both at the same time. But it is important to note the difference because one is good for us and one is not.

Anxiety is based in fear. Fear is good when it is an alarm we can note and then release. Extended fear is not. When we hold on to fear it inhibits us. It holds us back.

Excitement is the opposite. It is encourages us. It motivates us. It promotes positive growth. All we are asked to do today is to note the difference.

When we feel fear, note it and take steps to releasing it. When we are excited, take steps to stoke and promote it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Afirm…”You are loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-When you feel fear, consult with your Guidance and get it released.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Great students.

-I think that was my last working day. I told my dog, Louie, “I am going to live your life now.”

-More packing and moving.

-Catching up with my brother and my sister, Lisa, and Cathy.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
