For your consideration…

Winston Churchill had lived those words. Had he not believed them, the world would be very different today.

Of course, the quote is about being an optimist or a pessimist. Today’s message focuses not only on what we see, how we see it, but more importantly, the choice we make.

Every moment of every day we have a choice to make; optimism or pessimism, lightness or darkness, HOPE or cynicism, anger or joy, disruption or peace, etc.

Do we see this choice as a blessing or a curse? Because we have free will, we have responsibility for our choices.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-You have free will and freedom to make good or bad choices.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful fall day.

-Louie got groomed and I got lots of errands ran.

-Lunch with Mary.

-A fun and delicious cooking class.

-A new book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
