For your consideration…

Today we are given a task. At the end of our day we are asked to ask ourselves the question, “What was the best part of my day.?”

This is another way to identify what we are or should be grateful for. By answering this question, we set ourselves up for more of what we love. It is easy and effective.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

 

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Identify the best part of your day and be grateful.

 

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-A fun day exploring Saugatuck with Vicki, Kay, Jul, and Lori.

-An evening chilling in the cabin.

-A great nights snooze.
