For your consideration…

Frankly, I don;t like using the word rejection in the same sentence as God. But today it is perfect and necessary. It is not meant to be harsh. It is meant to be firm with love.

Our message yesterday was about “forks in the road.” In essence we are forced to make a choice. We are being pushed off of our safety spot.

Some of us don’t like that. We don’t like the choices we are being given. We have a clear idea of exactly what we want and it is not either of the choices. What we want is not available to us either right now or maybe even ever.

This does not make us happy but it is what it is. We are no match for God’s Divine Purpose and Timing. Rather than be mad or unhappy, we are asked to pause and think about it. Let what we want go and welcome in what God has for us. It is much better than the plans and dreams we had for ourselves. Rather than be mad, be glad. Rather than be disappointed, be excited.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step or my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Let go and let God

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Warm weather but lots of rain.

-Jul’s flight was canceled. Luckily it was before she took the ferry to Roatan.

-We decided to visit the “Iguana Station.”

-Dinner at Mister Buddha was great.

-A good book.

-Catching up with Cath.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,
