For your consideration…

If we pay attention, most of us notice our energy connection to the moon cycles. We entered a new moon a couple of days ago.

Often, we feel energized to rush ahead with new beginnings when we get a new moon. Not so with this moon. This moon needs a softer, quieter reset. We may feel a bit tired. We should honor that and give our body and mind a rest. Nurture yourself. Let go of what no longer serves you. Let go of the stressors you have. Flow gently with the easy flow of life.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…you are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Chill out, rest, gently make the changes you need.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Taking Conner to school.

-Beth and I went to the movies and out to lunch.

-Catching up with Shannon.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
