Riley Sager Quote: “Every so often ...

For your consideration…

I love that we get this message on a Friday.

We have had messages before about our reset button. We all have one. It is our breath and it is with us always. We are encouraged to know how and when to use it. Meditation is a good tool that helps us recognize how to use our breath. Our breath can turn our moment around. It calms us in panic and excitement. It allows us to focus. Breath resets the moment.

Our message today is about a reset button that changes our reaction to circumstances for longer periods of time. This reset button is different for everyone. It is HOPEful that we know what yours is. If not, it is imperative that we figure it out. We all need this reset button to help us escape when we need to. For some people, it is reading. For some it is wrking with their pet or animals. For some it is walking in nature. For others it may be competing in sports.

Whatever our reset button is, we are asked to use it, without guilt, whenever we need to.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Reset whenever you need to.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Catching up with friends and Shannon.

-I spent the evening with my grandsons.

-A good book.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
