Renew

For your consideration…

Our breath is always with us. It is our reset button. We are taught to pause and take in a deep breath to the count of 4. Hold to the count of 4. Then release to the count of 4. After doing this a few times, we should be calm and reset.

Today’s message is a bit different. It is about renewing our Spirit and our Mind. It reminds us that the release is critical. Releasing the old is a must. We can not attract the new until we do. We can not reset until we do. But it soooo worth it.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Renew.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Dinner with Mary, AJ, Katherine, and Dave.

-A good book.
