For your consideration…

I was given an image of rushing…or trying to rush…out the door. We have al experienced it, our mind racing, as we try to gather everything we need before we leave the house and drive away. How many times do we get out the door only to realize we have forgotten something and we have to go back for it?

There are a couple of parts to today’s message. The first is, we are our own worst enemies. We get in our own way as we let the anxiety take over and control our mind. It doesn’t help us. It causes more clutter and confusion. It is hard but we reminded that we need to relax instead and trust in our Guidance.

These everyday situations are practice for the things that are bigger. This picture of Steve Jobs is perfect. If it were our last moments, what is it that we would be desperate to get done or gather? If we consider them today we can b prepared and relaxed when those moments.

That is the HOPE. And so it is.

Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…

-Affirm…“I am loved.”

-Remember…You are the keeper oft the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.

-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”

-Drink lots of water.

-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.

-Relax and don’t give in to the anxiety.

What made me smile yesterday…

-A beautiful day.

-Some last minute tasks at the old house handled without a trip in.

-Catching up with Mary and Shannon.

-Dianne stopped by and helped me out with Owen.

-The prescription Alex called in for me is helping my back.

-New storm doors go installed today. I love them.

Love, Blessings, and Gratitude,

Rev. Chris
