For your consideration…
“You deserve love, don’t taint it.”
That is our message. How do we taint love? We taint it when we judge it. We taint it when we decide we are not worthy.
There is no greater gift, than the gift of love. Accept it without judgment and with gratitude.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remember…You are the keeper of your light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?”
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Accept love with gratitude. Gift your love generously.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-Usher training done.
-Lunch with Beth at Ashley’s.
-A hair cut.
-Finished a book and a get well card for a friend.
