For your consideration…
Everyone has their own battles, demons, purposes, temptations, trials, tribulations, etc. Everyone has them. Some they share, but most are unique to them.
Our message today reminds us that we can not know all that is going on in other people’s lives. But we don’t need to to be a help, a breath of fresh air, etc. We don’t need to know what is going well and what is causing distress. All we need to know is that we can always offer kindness. Kindness never grows old. It is always a blessing.
We are asked to consider extending kindness to whomever we meet for no reason what-so-ever.
That is the HOPE. And so it is.
Bit by bit, piece by piece, HOPE by HOPE action steps anyone can take…
-Affirm…“I am loved.”
-Remembr…You are the keeper of the light. Wherever you go, there can be no darkness.
-Meditate/pray…ask…”What is my next step for my highest good and the highest good of all?
-Drink lots of water.
-Get outdoors and take in at least 10 deep breaths.
-Extend kindness.
What made me smile yesterday…
-A beautiful day.
-Some cleaning up and organizing done.
-Catching up with Shannon, Alex, and Mary.
-Beth and I went to the Fisher Theater to see &Juliet. It was great.
